Q: Are the videotapes good quality?
A: Yes -- but read this if you have concerns. The videotapes are recordings of LIVE presentations and demonstrations
done at conventions. They begin with a brief talk by the presenter,
then the demonstration, and as time permits, some tapes have
question and answer sessions. The 2 hour tape is the best
of a three hour presentation format. We've edited them so
you get the best of that specific live presentation. This
is not a studio or rehearsed presentation, so infrequently
you may not hear a word...but its rare. One presentation was
unfortunately so technically poor that it is not even for
sale.
The videotapes are an outstanding value and, as always, there's
a moneyback guarantee if you are dissatisfied.

A: Orders are usually shipped US Postal Service. UPS may
be used on larger orders to save your costs.

orders have a 6% postage and handling charge instead of the
fixed fee. If the order is large and that percentage exceeds
our shipping costs, it is reduced.
